Roses

Received my two bare root climbing roses yesterday (did the happy dance) Joseph’s coat and Blaze improved . I just set them in buckets of water until they’re ready to plant  and it’s amazing to see how much leaves grow within that time –  see photos to see how they are going to look – keeping fingers crossed, they are beautiful.

Joseph’s  coat – Cardinal red buds have a coral tint, open golden, then gradually turn red again.

Blaze –  vigorous climber and is gorgeous on a trellis for Arbor. Plants are loaded with blossoms in June, continues intermittently all summer, then finishes up the season with another heavy bloom In early for fall!
